Being selected as one of the top 10 best places to work comprises quite some elements that make companies distinguish from others. 

All organizations have been struggling to adapt to these new business economy circumstances. Especially since the coronavirus pandemic occurred, the work environment and the way we work have quite changed. Companies are constantly trying to improve their business style and embrace new ways of providing flexibility and support for their employees during this new era of conducting business. 

Glassdoor has released its annual Top 100 Best Places to Work 2022 list. For this research Glassdoor took into account millions of employee reviews and insights about companies that were submitted between October 2020 and October 2021. 

Companies that earned this honor as the best places to work in 2022 all have more than 1,000 employees and were rated on a 5-point scale for their culture, work-life balance, better benefits, and more. This list of 100 best workplaces features winning businesses across a range of industries. With technology dominating the game in the 10 top highest-ranking companies, real estate, health care, retail, travel and tourism, finance, and consulting had the most winners on the list.
